SHIPPING & RETURNS

You can expect the delivery of your sex doll within 3-6 weeks from the date of the order. More often than not, our dolls are delivered by day 12 or 15. However, we cannot always guarantee that. This is our general schedule for delivery. In case your doll doesn’t arrive after the passage of 6 weeks, then please can reach out to us at  [email protected]. Our customer support team will review the status of your order and update you accordingly. In the case of a refund, the process will be carried out through email.

SEX DOLL DELIVERY & SHIPPING TIME 

The information given out below explains the estimated time for the production and delivery of a sex doll as per the region and the manufacturer. However, the actual time of the delivery may vary as these are the nearest estimates of the process. The time of delivery may get affected by weather conditions or the customs procedure of the state. On our end, we try our best to deliver you the sex doll on time. 

Custom made-to-order/ in stock order. This is an approximate taken time, it may be shorter or longer (exceptions may occur). Production/delivery can be delayed due to Christmas, New Year Holiday season and the Chinese New Year Holidays (mid-January to mid-February)/ Chinese National Day (the first week of October).

*Our average order-to-delivery times, historically, have been much shorter (around 2-3 weeks), but we rather under-promise and over-deliver, than vice-versa 😊

*As for Europe, if you would like us to clear Import Duty and VAT for you in advance. The status will NOT be updated until the shipment lands in the Netherlands.

Note: For regular personalized doll orders, we cover up to £165 in import fees. We do not cover import fees for ready-to-ship and in stock orders.

SEX DOLL IMPORT DUTY, TAX, VAT 

In a regular case scenario, you will be contacted by the customs authorities regarding import duties and tax. But, at Silicone Sex World, we provide the service of pre-paying the import duty and involved charges. This significantly shortens the time of delivery, plus the total amount of import duty payable is also reduced.  

We value the privacy of our customers and do not divulge the personal details of our customers until the package has cleared the customs process. Here, Silicone Sex World takes the responsibility of answering the customs authorities in case any discrepancy arrives.

According to the region you select while purchasing the doll, the import duty amount is displayed. You only have to pay half the import duty amount as the other is paid by Silicone Sex World.

Please Note -   

• This service is only applicable on the purchase of full-sized dolls. The service is inaccessible in purchase involving doll heads, wigs, or any other doll accessory. 

• The customers have the option to skip this service entirely.

• Sex dolls are banned in Middle Eastern Nations and India. We do provide shipping to these countries but there is a risk of the package being confiscated. 

• You can leave a note during checkout if you want your doll to be delivered at a certain time. You will also be contacted by our delivery partner before they deliver you the doll.  

SHIPPING PARTNERS

FedEx, DHL or UPS are the shipping channels we employ. Once the doll is ready to be shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number. With this, the customer can easily track the shipment and get details on the estimated time of delivery.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

We value the privacy of our customers. To keep the nature of the product (sex doll) anonymous, the doll is packaged in a brown box that completely conceals the doll. The product type is labelled as a mannequin to further protect the privacy of our customers. No one except for the customer is aware of the details and nature of the product. 

RETURNS

We have an unconditional returns policy if your product arrived in damaged condition or you received a wrong product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
• If the doll you have received is different from the one we have sent you factory photos of and the one confirmed by you we are in charge of providing the originally ordered and confirmed doll.
• If your order has a significant defect - you can always count on our full support in resolving this in a favorable manner.
• * The following minor issues are not considered to be skin damages (tears, dents, discoloration...)

• Let us know your order number and we will provide you with repair instructions with videos and the repair kit will be send at no charge.
• If the doll is bent (the posture of the doll is not normal), please contact us.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In case -

• The product is not in its original packaging, has been used, or the parts have been damaged after the delivery,
• The time period of 5 days has elapsed 

In such cases, only a partial amount is refunded.

THE REFUND PROCEDURE

Once your returned article has reached us and has cleared all the necessary checks and inspections, we will notify you via email about the recovery of the article. We will also update you if you are eligible for a refund or not. If the refund is approved, you will receive your amount in a given period of time. 

If you don’t receive any updates on the refunded amount, you first must contact your bank. Sometimes there are delays in refunds due to the bank’s processing time. You can also reach us through[email protected] to learn about your refund.

Import duty, tax and VAT will not be refunded for torso dolls.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The customers have 24 hours after placing an order to change or cancel their order. After 24 hours no changes or request for cancellation is accepted. A restocking fee of 7% is charged on any cancelled order/s (incl. ones cancelled within 24hrs). 

SHIPPING IN CASE OF RETURN OF PRODUCT

Silicone Sex World does not cover the shipping cost incurred on the return of items. The shipping cost is deducted for the refunded amount. Please note Silicone Sex World does not take the responsibility or responsibility of receiving your item.
